Ingredients:
- 1 rack pork spare ribs, separated by each rib
- 1/2 chopped vidalia onion
- 1 cup fresh orange juice, zest from 1 orange
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 inch piece ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
The How To: Mix all ingredients together in a large Dutch oven. Place each rib in the mix. Let sit three hours; flip, let sit another three. Bake for about 90 minutes at 350 degrees.
